RaveRocker Terms of Service

Welcome to RaveRocker, Discord music bots developed by RIIIXCH. By using our bots—including Abyssinia, Azuthrax, Infernae, Malacaris, Nexilix, Nyxandra, Seraphine, Zepharion, and Onyxia—you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    Adding a RaveRocker bot to your Discord server or using any bot commands constitutes your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our bots.

  2. Bot Usage

    • Bots are provided free for playing music from platforms like YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, and Mixcloud.
    • Users must comply with Discord’s rules and applicable laws.
    • Bots must not be used for illegal purposes, copyright infringement, or to harass others.
    • Premium features may incur additional fees as outlined in separate terms.
    • We do not guarantee continuous bot uptime due to maintenance or technical issues.

  3. Access Permissions
    Bots request only necessary permissions, such as view channels, manage channels, create invites, send messages, embed links, use external emojis, mention, manage messages, read message history, connect, speak, and access Message Content to process commands via Prefix or song names/URLs from channels set up via /setup.

  4. User Responsibilities

    • You are responsible for content sent through the bots, such as song URLs or commands.
    • Bots must not be used in ways that harm servers or other users.
    • Server administrators are responsible for configuring and managing bots in their servers.

  5. Limitation of Liability

    • RaveRocker and RIIIXCH are not liable for any damages arising from bot usage, including data loss, service interruptions, or other issues.
    • We do not guarantee continuous bot availability and are not responsible for impacts from service downtime.

  6. Development and Improvement
    We are committed to developing user-friendly bots, focusing on intuitive UX/UI and features that meet the needs of Discord communities.

  7. Termination of Service
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the bots for violations of these terms or if we choose to discontinue service, with prior notice where feasible.

  8. Changes to Terms
    We may update these terms, with notice provided through appropriate channels. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
